by commissioning this artist, you agree to the following ;• no refunds of any kind, but flexible to changing small details if they are not suited to certain tastes.• If it is requested, a physical copy of a commission in traditional art form can be sent, but the customer is fully responsible for the shipment price.• Depending on the type of commission requested, there may be a longer waiting period while it is created.
This information will be provided to you via social media messages, or wherever we have communicated concerning the commission. Waiting periods will vary, but can take at most a month or two. At least two or three weeks for simple pieces.• Customers will be required to pay half the fee for the commission once half of it is done, to ensure both parties are trusted in the final transaction.• If something comes up in the artist's personal life, or any kind of medical emergency occurs, they may request extra time.• The artist reserves the right to decline any request at any time, unless payment has already been sent.• By commissioning the artist, it is understood that any sharing of the piece on social media, the customer will credit the artist, or tag them.• None of this art is to be used as an NFT or any kind of cryptocurrency online. As well as reselling the work on any other platforms.
